Almost Mushrooms1 can cream of mushroom soup- un-heated
30 to 40 soda crackers
2 beaten eggs
oil for frying
Blend un-heated soup with beaten eggs, break crackers coarsely, and add to mixture. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil and brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel
