Knoxville, Tennessee - LESLIE DEANN WEBER - age 38, one of God's special children, left us on
Sunday, July 27, 2003. Leslie was a blessing to all who knew her. While she
had more than her share of life's challenges, she faced them in a positive
way and with a smile in her heart. Two of her favorite things were
volunteering at the Angel Tree and working at Cracker Barrel, where she
often greeted favorite customers with hugs. She was a 1983 graduate of
Farragut High School. Preceded in death by her grandfathers, Walter Drummet
and Raymond Weber of Long Point, Ill. She is survived by her parents, Glen
and Dorothy Weber of Knoxville; brother, Greg Weber of Knoxville;
grandmothers, Rose Drummet of Pontiac, Ill., and Sue Weber of Flanagan, Ill,
numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and special friend, Lyn Lexvold. The
family will receive friends 6:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, followed by a 7:00
memorial service at Cokesbury United Methodist Church with Dr. Steven Sallee
officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Interfaith Health
Clinic, 315 Gill Ave., Knoxville TN 37917. Arrangements by Rose Mortuary
