1 small bag of already cleaned carrot babies
3 white potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 cans of green beans of choice
This takes a pan that has a basket for steaming. Place water in the bottom of your steam
pan, and put the carrots on, cook on med./ high till the carrots start to get tender. Then put the potatoes in. Cook till they are done. then pour in your green beans and sprinkle quite a bit of onion powder in or chopped onions. Get beans heated. take off, place in a bowl and add 2 tbs. of can't believe its not butter or real butter, some salt and pepper to taste, and toss. A real good side dish. However it was so good that I ate it alone with a cake of corn bread .
