Apple Oven Pancake

1 cup milk
6 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 packages (12 oz. each) escalloped apples
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 450F. Spray a deep-dish bakins pan w/ nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine milk, eggs, butter and vanilla. Slowly mix in combined flour and salt until egg mixture is smooth. Pour batter into pan. Bake 10 minutes. Then, reduce oven temperature to 350F and continue to bake for 15 minutes or until sides are crisp and golden brown. Meanwhile, after 10 minutes of bake time, heat apples in microwave oven according to package directions. Rmove pancake from oven. Fill center with apples. Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Serve immediately.
