Potato Salmon pie
This week's recipe is submitted by Wanda Patterson from a recipe by Ida O'Brien.
One #1 can salmon
2 cups thick white sauce
2 cups mashed potatoes ( I used instant ones )
1 cup canned peas ( drained)
1 tbs. butter
Flake salmon ( make sure there are no bones. ) , add white sauce and drained peas. Place in a baking dish. Top with the mashed potatoes. Dot with butter. Brown in oven on 450 degrees for 15 min. serves 6
