Apple Crisp

Apple Crisp

Slice apples and put in an 8x8 pan.
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg

Break egg in 1st 4 ingredients. Mix with fork until crumbly. Melt and cool 1/3 cup butter or margarine.Put crumble mixture on top of apples, pour melted margaringe over it and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
