Tamale pie, Taco style
1--Open up 2 cans of tamales. Un wrap them and place them in line in a 9 X 12 baking dish.
2-- Open a can of chili and dot it over all the tamales.
3--Bake for 30 min. or till good and hot. While this is happening, take that time and cut up some onions, tomatoes, lettuce....as much as your choice according to liking each ingredient.
4-- Take them out and put shredded cheddar ( or cheese of choice) over the top.
5-- Put back in the oven and let cheese melt real good.
6-- Put the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ( add black olives or reg. olives if you like) on top. Serve with sour cream. Its a one dish meal, can have a desert after with this one!
