Taco Cornbread Pizza

1 pkg. ( 8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
1 pkg. shredded cheddar/divided

1. Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on the pkg. Spread batter into a 12 in. pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 min.

2. Brown meat, drain, add seasonings upon finishing browning the meat. Sprinkle one half the cheese over baked crust. Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese.

3. Bake 4 to 5 min. till cheese is melted

Try serving with your favorite taco toppings, lettuce, onions, black olives, tomatoes or maybe even a touch of salsa or hot sauce!
