KFC Slaw

2/3 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1/2 c. water
2 tbs. wh. vinegar
2 tbs. lemon juice
1/2 c. light mayo
1/3 c. sweetener
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 3/4 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. shredded carrots

Combine in a large bowl, dry milk powder, water, vinegar and lemon juice. Let set for 5 min. Stir in mayo., sweetener and pepper. Add cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serves 8. 52 calories, no fat. 10 grams carbohydrates, 103 mg. cholesterol
