This week's recipe is sent to us by Tina Hartzler of Minonk.

Peaches 'N Cream Kuchen

3/4 Cup flour
4 oz vanilla pudding, not instant
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 Cup milk
2 cans sliced peaches, diced up
8 oz soft cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Stir together flour, pudding and baking powder. Combine egg, milk and oleo. Add to flour mixture. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. Spread in greased 9 x 9 inch baking pan or 10 inch pie pan. Drai peaches and reserve juice. Take diced peaches and put on top of batter. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup peach juice till smooth. Pour over peaches. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool and serve.
