Pickard building - 1900's



The Pickard building was located on the north side of Fifth Street between Oak Street and the alley to the east. This picture was probably taken in the earlier 1900's. The sign above the street indicates that there must have been some kind of celebration going on. The wording on the sign is "Tom Pickard Welcome You" which is not good English.
