These corinthian linden trees lining the east side of Chestnut Street between 7th and 8th streets were transplated from the city parking lot. The trees were originally planted in the city parking lot in memory of Mrs. Florence Uphoff.

Construction is on schedule at Fieldcrest Elementary South on Johnson Street as the second floor is being added.
