Week of January 5

Fieldcrest let its lead slip away in the fourth quarter and lost in overtime to AlWood 72-68. Alwood sank 11 freethrows in overtime to snare the victory and snap Fieldcrest's seven game winning streak. Fieldcrest's scoring leader was Eric Heider with 24 points. The Knights record is now 8-3.
After leading most of the game, Fieldcrest lost to El Paso 52-49 at El Paso Wednesday night. Eric Heider was the leading scorer for both teams with 17 points as the Knights record dropped to 8-4 overall and 4-1 in the Midstate Conference.

Tri-Point downed Fieldcrest girls 56-44 Thursday night in a game at Cullom. Nicole Ropp was the Knight's leading scorer with 14 points. Fieldcrest is now 7-10 and 3-3 in the Midstate.

Week of January 12

Fieldcrest defeated Dee-Mack, 58-48, Friday night at Minonk. The Knights scoring leader was Eric Heider with 20 points while Shaun Manning added 16 points and Josh Baker had 11 points. Fieldcrest made 20 of 27 free throw attempts to improve their record to 9-4 overall and 5-1 in the Midstate Conference.
St. Bede overpowered Fieldcrest girls Saturday night 68-25. Jordan Ruestman scored 8 points for the Knights.
Shaun Manning scored eight of his fourteen points in the last period to help Fieldcrest overtake Roanoke-Benson for a 54-46 victory in a game at Minonk. Eric Heider led the Knights in scoring with 16 as Fieldcrest improved its record to 10-4.

Week of January 19

Fieldcrest raced past Tri-Point 74-53 at Cullom Friday night behind the 26 points of Eric Heider. Brett Brown had 12 points, Josh Baker 9 points, and Jamie Buss 8 points for the Knights as they improved their record to 11-4 overall and 6-1 in the Midstate.
Fieldcrest defeated Lowpoint-Washburn 59-56 Tuesday night at Washburn behind the 18 points of Eric Heider. Shaun Manning had 11 points and Blake Overocker 10 points as the Knights improved their record to 12-4.

Week of January 26

Flanagan beat Fieldcrest girls Thursday night 58-25 in a game at Flanagan. Jamie Arndt had 11 points and Lindsey Kolb had 10 points for the Knights.
Fieldcrest crushed Henry 76-36 in a Saturday night game at Minonk. Josh Baker led the Knights in scoring with 22 points and also garnered 9 rebounds. The Knights are now 13-4.
Lexington slipped by Fieldcrest 54-51 Tuesday night at Minonk after being down by 6 points in the third quarter. The Knight's Eric Heider led all scorers with 21 points while team mate Josh Baker had 15 points.
Heyworth downed Fieldcrest 58-46 Thursday night at Heyworth. Nichole Ropp led the Lady Knights in scoring with 15 points. Amber Pescitelli had 9 points while Jamie Arndt and Sara Fluech each had 8 points. The Knights are now 8-15.
Fieldcrest defeated Flanagan 60-54 Friday night behind the scoring of Eric Heider and Shaun Manning. Manning had 23 points while Heider had 22 to improve the Knights' record to 14-5 and put them in a tie for second place with the Falcons in the Midstate Conference.

Week of February 2

Tremont defeated Fieldcrest 59-54 behind the 29 points of Kristen Endress Monday night at Minonk. Amber Pescitelli led the Knights with 19 points while Sara Fluech had 9 points. The Lady Knights are now 8-16 for the season.
Tremont eliminated Fieldcrest from the MidState Conference Tournament by a score of 64-39. Adam James led the Turks with 27 points while Eric Heider was the scoring leader for the Knights with 13 points. Josh Baker had 11 points for Fieldcrest as their record is now 14-6.
Fieldcrest girls won their opening game in the Dwight Regional by defeating Tri-Point 34-31 Monday night. Jamie Arndt led the Knights with 12 points while Kristin Ghiglieri had 11 points. Sara Fluech had 10 rebounds. Fieldcrest plays Flanagan Tuesday night.

Week of February 9

Top seeded Flanagan overpowered Fieldcrest 55-29 to gain a berth for the championship game. The Lady Knights scoring leader was Amber Pescitelli with 11 points. The Lady Knights finished the season with a 9-17 record.
Fieldcrest's balanced scoring attack defeated Eureka 71-56 Tuesday night at Minonk. Josh Baker led the Knights with 18 points. Eric Heider and Shaun Manning both had 17 points as the Knights improved their season record to 16-7.
Fieldcrest downed Tremont 63-50 Friday night at Minonk. Shaun Manning led the Knights with 18 points and Eric Heider made 14 of his 15 points in the fourth quarter to keep Fieldcrest (8-2) one game behind El Paso in the Midstate Conference. Josh Baker had 13 points and 11 rebounds for the Knights as they improved their record to 17-7 overall.

Week of February 16

Fieldcrest ended up in a tie for the Midstate Conference title by beating Gridley 65-43 Friday night at Gridley. The Knights easily overcame the Redskins behind the 28 points of Shaun Manning that included a perfect six out of six 3 pointers. Eric Heider added 24 point for the Knights. The win coupled with El Paso's loss to Ridgeview left Fieldcrest in a tie with El Paso and Flanagan for the conference title.

Week of February 23

Shaun Manning's last second three-pointer gave Fieldcrest a 42-39 victory over Roanoke-Benson Tuesday night in the first game of the Class A Regional at El Paso. Manning led the Knights in scoring with 16 points. Jamie Buss had eleven rebounds for Fieldcrest.

Week of March 2

Flanagan defeated Fieldcrest 57-52 in the Class A Regional semifinals at El Paso Thursday night to end the Knights season with a 19-8 record. Eric Heider led Fieldcrest with 23 points while Shaun Manning had 13 points and Josh Baker added 8 points.

Week of August 24

The Fieldcrest Knights won their season opener Friday night against Lexington 21-14 at Lexington. Jordan Castrejon led the Knights with 2 touchdowns including a 51 yard punt return. Patrick Patterson scored the Knights other touchdown in the second quarter on an 86 yard run.

Week of September 1

The Fieldcrest Knights defeated Heyworth Friday night in a game at Minonk. The Knights were led by Jordan Castrejon who scored four touchdowns. Castrejon ran for 3 touchdowns and caught a 47 yard touchdown pass from quarterback Adam Seggerman. Seggerman completed 6 of 11 passes for 83 yards and also scored on a 4 yard run. The Knights are now 2-0.

Week of September 8

Fieldcrest improved its record to 3-0 with a 36-6 victory over Tri-Point Friday night at Minonk. Jordan Castrejon led the Knights with two touchdowns scoring on a 46 yard run and 1 yard run. Quarterback Adam Seggerman passed for 73 yards and scored on a 4 yard run. Brett Brown scored on a 1 yard plunge. Josh Ragusa scored on a recovered fumble in the Tri-Point end zone.

Week of September 15

Fieldcrest suffered its first loss of the season losing to Tremont by a score of 21-6 at Tremont. Chris Brown scored the Knights only touchdown on a one yard plunge in the last quarter. Quarterback Adam Seggerman led the team in rushing with 69 yards and completed 7of 17 passes.

Week of September 22

El Paso overwhelmed Fieldcrest behind the 4 touchdowns of the Comets' quarterback Jesse Smith in a game at Minonk. Jordan Castrejon was the leading rusher for the Knights with 76 yards and scored the Knights only two touchdowns. Fieldcrest is now 3-2.

Week of September 29

Ridgeview ran by Fieldcrest 40-6 Friday night in a game at Colfax. Tom Shoemaker led Ridgeview with 220 yards rushing. Jordan Castrejon scored the Knights lone touchdown with a 42 yard run. Fieldcrest is now 3-3.

Week of October 6

Deer Creek-Mackinaw defeated Fieldcrest Friday night behind the four touchdowns by Cody Frietsch in a game played at Minonk . Jordan Castrejon was the leading rusher for the Knights with 107 yards and one touchown. Quarterback Adam Seggerman passed for 159 yards including one touchdown pass. Fieldcrest is now 3-4.

Week of October 13

Fieldcrest overwhelmed Chenoa 43-6 in a game at Minonk. Quarterback Adam Seggerman led the Knights with two touchdown passes and ran in another touchdown. Patrick Peterson caught 3 passes including one for a touchdown. Jordan Castrejon scored two touchdowns, one of which was a 61 yard punt return. Fieldcrest is now 4-4.

Week of October 20

Gridley defeated Fieldcrest 34-14 in a game at Gridley. Joel Campbell led the Redskins with 201 yards rushing and 3 touchdowns. Fieldcrest was without its leader rusher, Jordan Castrejon, who was ineligible. The Knights scoring came from a run by quarterback Adam Seggerman and a pass to Josh Ragusa. Fieldcrest finished the season with a 4-5 record. It was the final game at Gridley's athletic field as they are consolidating with El Paso next year.

Week of November 23

Dwight came from behind to defeat Fieldcrest, 57-46, at the Dwight Turkey Tournament Friday night. Joshua Krone led the Knights in scoring with 19 points. Geoff Reiter had 9 points while Tyler Schoon had 8 points. The Knights are 1-2 for the season.

Week of December 1

Lindsey Kolb and Amber Pescitelli led Fieldcrest to a 69-26 victory over Woodland Monday night in a game played at Woodland. Kolb led the Lady Knights with 16 points while Pescitelli had 15 points and 16 rebounds. Nicole Ropp had 11 points. The Knights are now 4-2. Fieldcrest is now 1-3.
Ridgeview downed Fieldcrest, 74-44, in a game at Colfax Tuesday night. Brett Brown led the scoring for the Knights with 12 points.
Roanoke-Benson defeated Fieldcrest girls, 50-39, in a game at Minonk Tuesday night. Amber Pescitelli led all scorers with 18 points and also garnered 13 rebounds. Lindsey Kolb had 11 points and 6 rebounds for the Lady Knights. Fieldcrest is now 4-3.

Fieldcrest defeated Chenoa, 59-27, Wednesday night in a game played at Minonk. The Lady Knights were led by Amber Pescitelli and Lindsey Kolb who each had 14 points. Sarah Fluech and Samatha Hall scored 11 points and 10 points respectively to round out the balanced scoring. Pescitelli also garnered 11 rebounds and had 9 steals. Fieldcrest is now 5-3.

Fieldcrest beat Woodland, 78-61, in a game at Woodland Friday night. Patrick Patterson made 3 3-pointers in the second quarter to give the Knights the lead for the rest of the game. Joshua Krone led the scoring for Fieldcrest with 18 points while Patterson had 14. Jarrod Cook had 13 and Brett Brown had 11 to round out the balanced scoring. Fieldcrest is now 2-3.

Fieldcrest crushed Midland, 54-20, Saturday at Minonk. Amber Piscitelli led the Lady Knights with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Sarah Fluech had 12 points for the Knights who are now 6-3.

Week of December 8

Fieldcrest girls fell to Ridgeview, 57-41, Monday night in a game at Minonk. Ridgeview's Ali Fairchild led all scorers with 28 points. Amber Pescitelli had 14 points for the Lady Knights while Jordan Ruestman chipped in with 8. Fieldcrest is now 5-4.
Fieldcrest downed Heyworth, 59-33, in a game at Minonk Tuesday night. The Knights, who controlled the boards, were led by Tyler Schoon with 14 points while Brett Brown and Jarrod Cook each had 13 points. Fieldcrest is now 3-3.
Fieldcrest breezed by Chenoa, 51-36, Saturday night in a game at Wenona. Brett Brown led the Knights with 14 points while Tyler Schoon had 11. Jarrod Cook led the Knights in rebounds with 7. Fieldcrest is now 4-3.

Week of December 15

Fieldcrest outlasted Putnam County, 66-63, in overtime in the Spring Valley Colmone Classic at Spring Valley Monday night. Brett Brown led the Knights with 20 points. Jarrod Cook had 14 points while Geoff Reiter and Josh Krone each had 10 points to round out the balanced scoring.
Fieldcrest won the Spring Valley Colmone Classic Tournament Thursday night by defeating Stark County 55-50. Brett Brown led the Knights in scoring with 13 points while Jarrod Cook added 12 points and Tyler Schoon had 11 points. Brown, Cook, and Schoon were named to the all-tournament team. Fieldcrest is now 7-3.
