The Fieldcrest Board of Education board met on Wednesday, October 14th in Toluca to formally welcome Melinda Tiraboschi to the Board of Education. The board also held a hearing to openly and formally allow public and board comments on the bonds for the upcoming building work which will begin in March.
The summer storm which caused flooding and sewer back up in the high school as well as an October 13th Woodford County Health Department corrective action letter for unsafe flooring in the HS kitchen were discussed. These items will be addressed in the spring work.
At the 10/28 board meeting, the student Board of Education representatives will be sworn in and formally welcomed to the board.
