Local woman Initiated into PTK at Lincoln College

Lincoln, IL - October 12, 2004 -Ashley Amigoni, daughter of Ray Amigoni of LaSalle-Peru and Jane Amigoni of Minonk, will be inducted into the Iota Chi Chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Fraternity at Lincoln College on Sunday, October 31, 2004. Phi Theta Kappa is a junior college academic honor society. Fifty-nine new members will be initiated into the academic group.
Amigoni is a 2003 graduate of Fiedcrest High School and was listed on the Fall 2003 President's List and the Spring 2004 Special Honors at Lincoln College. The criteria to be initiated to Phi Theta Kappa are sophomore status and having a high cumulative grade point average. PTK Faculty Advisors, John Welter and June Burke will welcome new members and their families to the annual induction ceremony.
