First Market Day huge success

Fieldcrest South Superintendent Rebecca Oltman wants to thank everyone for making the first Market Day program
a huge success. The program is sponsored by the Fieldcrest PTOs.
$10,230 in proceeds from 204 orders have been received since the start of the program which resulted in
a profit of $1023 for the various organizations.
Fifty Percent of the profits from this
will go directly to the Fieldcrest Districtwide Technology Fund and the remaining
fifty percent is split equally among the Fieldcrest South, East and West PTO/PTCO's.
The schedule for Market Day is as follows:
- Friday, October 17 - Order Sheets to School; LAST DAY!
- Thursday, October 23 - Internet Orders by NOON
- Tuesday, October 28 - PICK UP at Rutland Legion 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Market Day is having PIE BONUS DAYS for November. The November goal is 500 pies. The profit from
each pie is $3.50 which would create a gross profit of $1750 for the PTOs.
The following changes are being made to make the November pickup easier and quicker for your convenience.
- Prepaid orders will be boxed for pickup...NO waiting in line.
- More people to facilitate check-in.
- Helpers will assist in collecting ordered items.
- No more standing outside-enter side door of Legion.
- Checkers will assist in carrying out orders if help is required.
