James A. Riely - February 26, 2001

MINONK -- James A. Riely, 69, of 73-1422 Kahakea Place, Kailua Kona, Hawaii, formerly of 1002 Mary St., Minonk, died the morning of Feb. 26, 2001, in Honolulu, Hawaii, from pancreatic cancer.

His memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. March 17 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Minonk, Father Robert Gillis officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Minonk. There will be no visitation. Borthwick Mortuary, Honolulu, had charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church.

Mr. Riely was born Nov. 29, 1931, in Bloomington, a son of Edward and Lucille Witz Riely.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Riely; two daughters, Sheila Riely, Phoenix, Ariz., and Jeaneen (David Cavanaugh) Riely, Boston, Mass.; two sons, John (Pat) Riely, Washington, D.C., and James Riely, New York City, N.Y.; two sisters, Sister Barbara Riely, Saginaw, Mich., and Patricia (Roger) Fitzsimmons, Little Silver, N.J.; one brother, Robert Riley, Minonk; and seven grandchildren.
