Easy Summer Pasta Salad
1(8 oz) pkg. shell macaroni
1(1 1/16 oz.) env. Sloppy Joe seaoning mix
1 lb. hamburer (lean is best)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cartons cottage cheese
1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese
Cook macaroni; prpare sauce and meat (sloppy joe, water, tomato sauce and paste) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer 1/2 macaroni, 1/2 cottage cheese, and 1/2 meat sauce and repeat in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.Top with cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until bubbling.
