1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. rapid or quick yeast

a large rectangle. Flour the work surface and /or the dough if
necessary to prevent sticking. Spread remaining filling over dough and
roll into a jelly roll starting with the wide end. Cut roll into 12
equal pieces and place in muffin cups on top of first half of filling.
Let rise in a warm, draft-free location for 35 to 45 minutes.
