Super blue moon - 8/31/2023

This is a photo of the super blue moon that occurred Wednesday night. The photo was taken at the rural residence of Dave Uphoff around 9:00 pm. A super blue moon occurs about once every decade when the earth is at its closest point to the earth which is 220,000 miles and is at its brightest. To the upper right of the moon you can see the planet Saturn.
