Fieldcrest made a 2 point conversion to give them a thrilling Homecoming win over Dee Mack at Minonk Friday night. Cam Grandy passed the 2 point conversion to Derek May after Grandy ran for a touchdown with 1 minute left. Sophomore Kenton Castrejon had 13 carries for 138 yards and scored the other Fieldcrest TD on a 14 yard pass reception from Grandy. Derek May had 3 receptions for 58 yards and the winning 2 point conversion.
It was a comeback win for the Knights after falling behind 21-7 in the second quarter.
The Knights are now 5-1 while #7 ranked in 2A Dee Mack falls to 3-2.
