Minonk Oktoberfest coming Sept.23rd

The Minonk Business Association is holding its 2nd Oktoberfest on Sept. 23rd in the 400 block of Chestnut street in downtown Minonk with a fun filled day starting with with a vendor show and chili cook off in Canon park at 9 a.m. There also will be a Bags tournament starting at 1 p.m.

Great live music featuring local band Free Range Chickens willperform from 2-5, The Ray Koncar Polka Band from 5-8, and Jury's out from 8-midnight! Food from Grosenbach's Grocery will start at 11 a.m. Adult Beverages must be purchases at Minonk Lanes, Petri's Pour House, and Riff's Bar.

There will sign up sheets for anyone who would like to be a part of the vendor show and the chili cook off at each of the businesses listed above. If there are any questions you can contact Corey Grosenbach at Grosenbach's Grocery 309-432-3465.
