 BLOOMINGTON — Janet C. Gutherz-Howick, 55, of Bloomington, formerly of Colfax, died at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 29, 2016), at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Colfax. Inurnment will be in Minonk Township Cemetery, Minonk, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to Humane Society of Central Illinois.
Janet was born Nov. 17, 1961, in Peoria, the daughter of David Samuel and Judith Ringe Gutherz. She married Christopher Howick on Oct. 7, 2007, in Hudson. He survives in Bloomington.
Also surviving is her brother, Jeff Gutherz, Champaign.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Janet was a 1980 graduate of Octavia High School, Colfax, and had attended Illinois Central College. She was a self-employed graphic artist.
