Fieldcrest schools go to remote learning due to COVID spread
Monday, January 10, 2022 Posted by Dr. Kari Rockwell
Below is a notice on the Fieldcrest website by Superintendent Dr. Kari Rockwell Dear Knight Nation announcing that the schools will go to remote learning for the week due to the spread of the COVID virus.
Due to COVID- related matters, we will move to remote learning for the week of January 10th-14th.
Your school principal and teacher will share remote instructional information, attendance information, and class expectations. This email will arrive by 9am Monday morning.
Principals and secretaries will work in-person at school during normal hours and will be available to help with remote learning concerns.
Meals will be delivered to rural routes beginning at 10am daily.
In town meal pickup will take place at the Intermediate School (Toluca), Middle School (Wenona), and High School (Minonk) from 10:30am-12:00pm each day in the main office. Meals can be picked up at the location most convenient to the family.
Athletic practices and games will take place with a required testing protocol shared by athletic directors and coaches.
If you have student or school specific questions, please reach out to your child's teacher and/or principal.
Take care,
Kari L. Rockwell
