Any items to be put in the time capsule should be dropped off at Minonk City Hall no later than Thursday, June 10th. There will be sign in forms when dropping off items.

Be creative, be imaginative when thinking about what to include. Remember no videos, CD's, DVD's because that technology could quite possibly be old! Black and white photographs are best, color photographs may fade. Use acid-free paper for letters or notes. Place photographs or other items in acid-free page protectors or bags. Suggestions: business cards, menus, letters to children or grandchildren, small art work (8 x 10), coins, money, etc. At the burial ceremony the time capsule will be sealed, the list of all items will be read to the crowd and the capsule will be buried. There will be a stone marker on the location for future generations.
