2 pounds ground beef (browned)
1 cup onions
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
Add to browned meat
Add 1 large can tomato juice
Cook until vegetables are tender

1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 can 6 oz. tomato paste
1 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
1 pound can tomatoes (cut up)
1/2 cup water
2 cans red beans

Cook on low until done. This will make 20 cups and is really tasty
