-ALL forms WITH payment are due by Monday August 27th at the latest.
-Clothes will be delivered by Wednesday September 19th (Homecoming is the 22nd).
-Forms can also be picked up at post offices in: Minonk, Toluca, Wenona, Rutland and Dana.
