Corny of the Cornbelters was at the Summer Reading Kickoff as well, and handed out tickets to a Cornbelters game to lucky young readers.
The Fieldcrest Cheerleaders taught the kids at the Kickoff a cheer for reading, and led everyone with enthusiasm! Read more books!
The FHS Football Squad practiced some football moves with the young readers at the Summer Reading Kickoff. In all, 100 attended the first day of the month-long events for readers at Filger.
The Fieldcrest Dance Team performed for the Summer Reading Kickoff at Filger, and then taught the young readers a dance! It's Showtime at Your Library! Join us in June!
