Jeff Weiland, 37, of Tallahassee, Florida passed away unexpectedly at 12:12 PM August 6, 2018 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family.
He was born August 8, 1980 at St. Mary's Hospital in Streator Illinois to Dave Weiland and Ellen Stokowski of Minonk. Jeff was a 1999 graduate of the Fieldcrest High School and later Le Cordon Bleu school of culinary arts in Chicago.
He married Megan Thompson on July 18, 2015 in Florida. She survives. He is also survived by his father Dave and sisters Tammy Weiland, Nikki Colglazier both of Minonk, Illinois. Tracy Atteberry of Bloomington Illinois and Christy Archuleta of Danville California. He is preceded in death by his mother Ellen.
Jeff loved his wife Megan, dogs Sadie and Addie Mae, the Michigan Wolverines and the Chicago Cubs. He was most recently employed by College Fresh as the South East Regional manager.
Jeffs infectious smile and big personality will be missed by all. A celebration of life will be held in Illinois at a later date. Todd Wahlquist with Bevis Funeral Home (850-385-2193, www.bevisfh.com) is assisting the family with their arrangements.
