Donald J. Dunham 85, of Minonk, formerly of Dana, passed away on October 14, 2019 at his residence. He was born on May 31, 1934 in Dana the son of Roy and Alma (Osterman) Dunham. He married Marjorie Krug on July 7, 1957 in Minonk. She survives.

He is survived by his children: Linda (Tony) Haas of El Paso; Cindy Hartzler of Minonk; Donna (Richard) Meierhofer of Dana; David (Erik Betson) Dunham of Minonk; siblings: Evelyn (Al) Hayes of Jefferson, Oregon; Larry (Linda) Dunham of Bowie, Texas; Doris (Errol) Baxter of Aurora; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Don was a lifetime farmer in the Dana IL area. He served in the U.S. Army.

A visitation will be held on Thursday October 17, 2019 from 4pm to 7pm at the Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk. Funeral services will be at 11am on Friday October 18, 2019 at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk with visitation prior to service starting at 10am. Reverend Lauren Padgett will officiate the service. Burial with full military honors will follow at the Minonk Township Cemetery.
