City Administrator Bill Moline reported the following action taken at the Minonk City Council Meeting Monday night.
The Council approved TIF 2 requests from Joe's Pizza2 for $22.350.50 for roofing/floors/facade work.
The Council approved a building variance request for homeowner at 421 Locust Street. The Council also approved waiving the Golf Cart Ordinance which will allow golf carts to travel on Chestnut Street between 4th and 6th Streets at this time and will review possible changes to this Ordinance in the future.
