Seven Layer Mixed Up Salad

This recipe is a quick and easy alternative to the traditional 7 layer salad. Great for summer get togethers.

Total: 1 hr 10 mins
Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

1 head of lettace
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed and drained
? cup sour cream
½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup grape tomatoes
1 ounce bacon pieces
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dry ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:

Season sour cream with salt, pepper, and dry ranch salad dressing mix.

In a large bowl, gently mix the peas, Cheddar cheese, green onions, celery, tomatoes, bacon pieces with sour cream, and pour/mix with chopped lettace.

Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
