Broccoli-Rice Casserole

1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 2 T. oil 2 T. butter/oleo 1 pkg. broccoli, cooked 1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs (opt.) 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup 2 cups rice, cooked and salted 1 2 1/2 oz. can mushrooms 1 small jar cheez whiz Saute' onion and celery in oil. Add butter. Combine soup and milk. Combine all ingredients. Bake in well greased casserole 40 minutes at 300 degrees. Cooked chicken bits may be added for a complete meal casserole. Casserole may be topped with toasted bread crumbs.
