Cheesy Vegetable Soup

2 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups chopped potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cans creamed soup (any kind)
16 oz. California Blend Vegetables
1 cup chopped onion
1# Velveeta cheese (cubed)

Boil all vegetables until potatoes are tender.
Add cheese and both cans soup(preferably 1
can cream mushroom and 1 can cream of celery
Do not dilute soup. Warm together until cheese
is melted.
