Creamy Rice

1/2 cup rice
4 cups milk
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
Cook the four ingredients for 2 hours in a double boiler.
When rice is done and is thickened add to:

2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar

Stir together and refrigerate after slightly cool.
