The Minonk Business Association is again making plans for the 27th annual Christmas Parade of Lights. The parade will be Sat., December 4, 2010, at 6:30 P. M., in downtown Minonk.
The festivities will again include fireworks, the electric parade followed by a visit from Santa Claus. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be handing out candy and visiting with each and every child at POP”S SWEET SHOP. The downtown area will be filled with shopping opportunities and open house events.
Please make plans to attend this year’s celebration.
Retail Businesses open will be Vintage Canvas, Country Florist, Cunningham Candies, Dollar General. Many Restaurants and Bars will be open before and after the parade. “Stop and Shop” will be in the former Vision’s Video Bldg.
