Greetings from the Student Ministries at the First Baptist Church of Minonk, IL,

Central Illinois is a wonderful place to do live and work and we are grateful for the opportunity to be here with you.  One of the biggest blessings that we share as we take this journey together is our children and we are always praying about ways that we can come alongside families and their kids, and help them to take next steps with Jesus, Together!

With that in mind we have some unique opportunities for our students and their families to experience life by going to camps, taking trips, serving others, doing missions, and investing in this community that we want to help them facilitate.

To do that we are hosting a Spaghetti Dinner and Auction on November 5, 2016 at the First Baptist Church.  All the proceeds for this evening will be used to help students be able to participate in these ministry opportunities.

We will be serving a full spaghetti dinner - with salad, bread, entree' and dessert -which will be available to dine in or, take out.  Tell your family and friends, and come and join us for a wonderful meal.

And, after dinner, we will be hosting an auction.

We would like to ask you to consider donating something to auction off at our event.

In the past folks have donated goods and services, gift cards, baskets, art, collectibles, edibles - something that represents you and your business.

When you choose to donate something, please let us know what it is you will be donating, and when we can come and pick it up, or if you would rather, we can arrange a time to have you drop it off at the church.  For items over $250.00 in value we will have an "In Kind" letter for your tax records drawn up and will get that to you when we connect with you.

If you would please include a brief description of your donation, including a value and any specific details to highlight for the auctioneer, that would help us to represent you and your gift well.

Finally, please include your contact information and something that represents your establishment so that we can let folks know that it was you and your establishment who donated this and generously provided this donation - so that they know where to come and connect with you in the future.

Thank You for your consideration, and Thank You for investing in the lives of the children and families in our community.  We are grateful for your investment.

In Christ,

Eric Holtrop
