NOTICE OF CITY ELECTION
CONSOLIDATED ELECTION
APRIL 9, 2013
MUNICIPAL:
- Mayor (4-year term)
- Clerk (4-year term)
- Alderman Ward 1 (4-year term)
- Alderman Ward 2 (4-year term)
- Alderman Ward 3 (4-year term)
PETITIONS FOR NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES:
- TUESDAY - SEPTEMBER 25,2012 First day to circulate nomination papers (must be original sheets signed by voters and circulators) for independent candidates.
FILING PERIOD:
Completed petitions and forms for candidates seeking election in the Consolidated Election will be accepted at City of Minonk Administration Building, 670 Chestnut Street, Minonk, Illinois.
- Monday, December 17 - Friday, December 21, 2012: 8:00 a.m.- noon, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Monday, December 24, 2012: 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(The Statement of Economic Interests must be filed with the County Clerk and the receipt must be filed with the City Clerk.)
CANDIDATE PACKETS will be available to interested persons from Tuesday, September 25, 2012 to Friday, December 21, 2012 during normal office hours at the City of Minonk Administration Building, 670 Chestnut Street, Minonk, Illinois.
