The demolition work is nearly done. The basement windows and doors have been blocked in and will soon have waterproofing applied to the outside. The structural foam is scheduled to be installed in the voids next week.
The steps on the radius of the curve were poured today (9/15). It takes a very experienced concrete crew to form up, pour and finish multiple levels on a radius such as this.
This project is receiving lots of interest from the public as people come by to see the once active basement doors and windows that have been covered over by the sidewalk for many years.
