Invitation to Bid
Fieldcrest C.U.S.D. 6 will receive
sealed bids for Asbestos Abatement for 2018 Health/Life Safety Upgrades at
Fieldcrest Intermediate School / 306 N. Maple / Toluca, Illinois 61369.
The work is to remove
asbestos-containing materials prior to Health/Life Safety Upgrades. The anticipated
date of commencement is June 4, 2018 with a Substantial Completion Date of June
13, 2018. The work will be performed during a second shift starting about 4:30
p.m.
The Mandatory Prebid Meeting is on
Tuesday, May 15, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at Fieldcrest Intermediate School.
The deadline to reserve a project
manual and confirm prebid attendance is 3:30 p.m. on May 11, 2018, call
Dawn at 309-828-4259. $75 per manual if ordered by deadline, $100 if not
ordered by deadline but ordered before prebid, $125 if requested at or after
prebid. Costs are non-refundable. Pay by cash, credit card or check payable to
IDEAL. Manual may be viewed at Owner or Engineer offices.
The Bid Opening will be on Monday, May
21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fieldcrest C.U.S.D. 6, One Dornbush Drive in
Minonk, Illinois 61760.
