James C. Leigh of Minonk was named to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Engineering Dean's List for the fall 2012 semester. He is a sophomore in Engineering Mechanics, and the son of William and Deborah Leigh. James is a 2011 graduate of Fieldcrest High School.

The University of Illinois Dean's List eligibility is limited to the top 20 percent of a student's college class or curriculum. To be eligible for the Dean's list recognition, students must complete at least 14 academic semester hours taken for a letter grade.
