Public NoticeSealed bids for one (1) Zero-Turn Mid Mount Riding Lawn Mower are being received by the City of Minonk, Illinois, at the office of Minonk City Hall, 670 N. Chestnut Street, Minonk, Illinois 61760, until 4:30 P.M. (local time) on Monday, February 19, 2018 and will be publicly opened and read before City Council meeting thereafter for all work in accordance with the specification and any addenda thereto.
Copies of the specification and any addenda thereto, maybe picked up at City hall.
All bids must be submitted on company letterhead and forwarded in sealed envelope clearly marked Zero-Turn Mid Mount Riding Lawn Mower to City Hall, City of Minonk, 670 N. Chestnut St. Minonk, Il 61760.
No bonds, either a bid bond or a performance/payment bond will be required.
The City reserves the right to waive any or all informalities, to accept deviations to the minimum specifications, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive conditional bids when in its best interest.
No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City reserves the right not to award a contract and to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities. Subject to the right of the City not to award a contract and to reject any or all bids, the City will award a contract to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s), taking into consideration accepted alternates.
