3rd - 8th Graders (2010-2011 School Year)Sunday, February 28th – Fieldcrest East Gym – Wenona – 1pm-3pm Saturday, March 13th – Fieldcrest West Gym – Toluca – 9am-11am Saturday, March 20th – Fieldcrest HS Cafeteria – Minonk – 9am-11am Registration Fee: $75.00 Fee Includes:
*$25 Volunteer Deposit
*Equipment
*Secondary Insurance
*$20.00 fee for late sign up
ALL players will be measured at sign up and will need to bring:
*Insurance information and copy of insurance card
*Copy of Birth Certificate for first year players
