 WASHBURN - Bruce Dale Falk, 56, of rural Washburn, passed away at 3:50 a.m. Thursday (May 4, 2017) at his home.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday at Calvert & Johnson Memorial Home, Washburn. The Rev. Jason Woolever will officiate.
Burial: Linn-Mount Vernon Cemetery, Washburn.
Visitation: 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at Calvert & Johnson Memorial Home, Washburn.
Memorials: Crossroads United Methodist Church, Washington, or Linn-Mount Vernon Cemetery.
Survivors: his wife, Wendy; mother, Marlene Falk, Minonk; daughter, Christina Falk, and son, Matthew Falk, both of Washburn; and two brothers, Brian and Lyle Falk, both of Minonk.
