Obituary

Gerald Artos, 60, of Minonk, passed away at 4:27 p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 5, 2017) at OSF HealthCare St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.

He was born Dec. 19, 1956, in Chicago, a son of Gerald E. and Marianne Walloch Artos.

Survivors include one daughter, Patricia Coughlin, Menasha, Wis.; one son, Gerald Artos, North Carolina; one brother, Donald Artos, Streator; three grandchildren, Sarah, Randal and Hannah; one great-grandson, Elliot; nieces and nephews; and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Gerald was a steel worker for many years.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home, Minonk. There will be no funeral. Arrangements are being handled by Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home, Minonk.
