City Approves TIF Funds Monday, June 10, 2013 - Posted 9:08:11 PM The Minonk City Council approved $4200 in TIF 2 funds for roof repairs on Petri's Pour House at its Monday night meeting on June 3.  The funds represent 50% of the total estimated cost of the project. In other business the council tabled until the next council meeting a decision on an agreement with Mediacom authorizing the operation of a cable television system in the city.  The council also passed an ordinance that adopts the prevailing wage rates for performing construction of public works in the city.
