1 (6 ounce) package chicken stuffing mix
1 2/3 cups water
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream
Toss together stuffing mix, vegetable-seasoning packet included in
stuffing mix and water. Set aside.
Place chicken in greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix soup and sour cream in saucepan over low heat and pour over
chicken. Spoon stuffing evenly over top and bake uncovered at 375 degrees
for 40 minutes.
