Layered Turkey Casserole

3 cups cooked long grain rice
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained
4 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 jar (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
8 slices American cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 can (10 3/4 oz. ) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup miracle whip
1 can (2.8 oz ) french fried onions

In a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, layer rice, broccoli, turkey,
mushrooms and cheese. Pour broth over top. Combine soup
and miracle whip spread over top. Sprinkle with onions. Bake
uncovered 350 degrees for 25 min. or until golden brown.

Makes 8-10 servings
