6 medium potatoes
2 stalks celery, about 1 cup
3 cups white sauce
1 medium onion
salt to taste
1 T. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
3 cups milk
1 T. flour
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour salt and pepper.
Mix and add milk and stir over medium-high heat
until just before boiling. Boil peeled and quartered
potatoes, chopped onion and chopped celery
coarsely. Add white sauce, mix and serve.
